Is something went wrong you need help from the creator, so then why should someone write a bad review, what you think happend after that? You got an object you dont know how it works or you get it after that but let the review as it is..
Its really frustated to get bad reviews because of by 90% from the issues the costumer makes a mistake.
And also if I get a bad review I try to help and they dont deleted or edit the review..
I work hard to get all working, many others got no problem but wrote no review. So others can only see the bad ones.. *sigh..
I am also a human like you, yes humans makes mistakes!
I'm here to help you with my products and I wrote back to 100%!
So why you dont write me to get help?! I really dont get it..
